Elderlink is first class! From our initial meeting with Karen (the owner) and subsequent interactions with the staff, I knew my 96 year old mother would be well taken care of. The Elderlink staff is responsive and efficient. Their communication is excellent. Whenever there needs to be a substitution or other issue, they’re on it immediately. The caregivers are wonderful. Caring, capable, kind and willing to do whatever to make sure my mom is happy and safe. Their pricing is less than the other agencies I contacted but the quality is amazing. I could not recommend Elderlink more highly.

The Elderlink administration and team of caregivers have been very supportive in providing quality care for my Mother. Each time I have interacted with Karen and her office staff there's been compassionate responses to every concern. The caregivers that support Mother are genuinely concerned about her dignity and well-being. It has been a blessings to find Elderlink for help supporting my family with caring for Mother.

Elderlink has put a great team in place to care for our mother. Each caregiver is kind and helpful, and they do all that they can to be of support. The office staff is top notch, communicating well and working with us to be sure things are working for us. I am very pleased, and my mom (resistant to the idea of having people in her home) has adjusted to the change. She likes the caregivers, and is happy to have the help. I highly recommend Elderlink (and wish we could have had their support sooner)!

I've been using Elderlink for a few months, now. They have assigned a couple companion caregivers for my Mother (who lives independently). They do a great job with matching assigned caregivers to the client's needs and personality. I've been extremely pleased with the responsiveness of both Elderlink (with scheduling and prompt notice of changes, etc.) and the quality of the two caregivers my Mother has had: polite; responsive; reliable; kind. I highly recommend them!

We switched to Elderlink for my mothers 24/7 care and have been thrilled by the results. The caregivers are much more invested in Mom, really feel like an extension of the family. Their experience has helped us tune Mom's care and I sleep better at night knowing that Mom is in good hands. I cannot thank Elderlink and the team enough!

I was introduced to Elderlink by one of their care workers, Carol. Initially, I was concerned because my mother, who just turned 97, was not convinced she needed any help and companionship. The transition went smoothly, Carol is in my mother's home twice a week. We are grateful for the care she is receiving, and the supportive interactions we have had with the staff.

My mom and I have been using Elderlink Home Care for nearly a month and I truly can say they have been life savers. I called in a Tuesday had care takers by Thursday morning! I found Elderlink and used one of their excellent home care helpers regularly. What a sweetheart she is! Whatever I need: shopping, cleaning, rides to doctors, etc.have been so helpful during my recent health challenge. It is hard to adequately describe my gratitude for Elderlink. Our family found ourselves needing round-the-clock care for my grandmother after she broke her hip. From my very first phone call, everyone at Elderlink has been responsive, caring and helpful. They were able to coordinate trained, qualified caregivers quickly. The caregivers take care of my grandmother as if she were their own and have quickly become like family. They communicate with us and with each other to ensure consistency in Grandma's care. I highly recommend Elderlink to anyone needing support for an aging family member.

When we decided we could no longer leave my dad home alone as he was hospitalized for falling. The case worker at the hospital put us in touch with Elderlink and Jennifer and the team were great. We had a meeting on Friday and by Tuesday we had a sitter in the house for my dad. The sitter they found for us was amazing. She took him to all of his Dr. Apts and was so attentive. I would recommend this company if you need help with a loved one at home.

ElderLink has been wonderful to work with from the start. The owner, Karen, came to our home and personally met with us to make sure this would be a good option, and answered all our questions.
Denise’s caregiver has a lot of dementia experience and it shows. She is very protective of her and they have developed a great relationship.
Karen or her staff check in regularly to make sure everything is going well and that we’re happy with the service.
I highly recommend ElderLink to anyone looking for in-home care for their loved one.

Elder Link provided invaluable support to my oldest friend who lived alone in Denver and had to cope with debilitating cancer. When we decided that it was not safe for mom to be alone longer safe for our parents to remain alone in their homes, it becomes necessary for us to make the very difficult decision of whether we need to move them to a facility or find a way to keep them in their home. My mother's most fervent wish is to die in her own bed. I have worked with several agencies and have found the last one I will ever need. Elderlink has helped to make this very tough and emotional time for our family much easier to navigate through. They are very easy to contact and EXTREMELY responsive. The staff is extremely professional yet friendly and know exactly what my mom's needs are. I am so grateful that I found them and highly recommend Elderlink Home Care for anyone looking for safe, quality in-home care for your loved ones.

When my mother's best friend needed home care, I turned to Elderlink. They immediately arranged 24 hour care in her home comprising of qualified, caring and devoted caregivers. From that moment on I never had to worry about her. When she had her last stroke I called Karen and asked about her company working with hospice in her home. She had everything in place within 48 hours (my friends favorite caregiver was able to be with her at the end). Elderlink saved me from worry and gave my friend the gift of excellent care and loving companionship.
